The card was an unfortunate victim of the 2020 USPS debacle, but will be well used next year! It is was shipped out quickly, the quality is great, and the personal note from Alethea was so fun. When the item hadn’t arrived I did reach out, and she was quick to respond and helpful. Overall very happy with the customer service and product.
