There was an issue with delivery on USPS’s end, however Alethea got back to us promptly and we realized we did receive them. She was willing to replace ASAP with no questions asked which was very nice of her! Luckily she didnt have to! Very happy with Alethea!

The card is great and the recipient loved it. 100/10 customer service as well – the tracking never updated on the card when it was sent out so I messaged the seller and let them know, communication was amazing and they made sure that a card was able to get to me in time.
